Abstract :
The papers compiled in this book were presented during the ASEAN Round-table on 29 April 2010 and during a brainstorming session on 23 September 2010 by the ASEAN Studies Centre of the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies. They examine, from the point of view of each of the member countries of the ASEAN, the prospects for achieving an ASEAN Economic Community by 2015, the target date set by ASEAN itself, and the obstacles in the way of its achievement.
