This hanbook generally aims to disseminate promising practices and lessons identified from the Adopt-a-Municipality for Resilient Recovery Project (AAM) involvinf four pilot Local Government Units (LGUs). While the context of these documented practices is the Philippines and varied cases in ASEANand in other parts of the world will necessarily call for unique and context-specific responses, there are common principles and methodologies that may be drawn.
