Abstract :
In summary, this agreement recognizing that, in ASEAN, while remarkable progress has made on the prevention and treatment of HIV and AIDS, and that there is a unique window of opportunity to act now, to avoid the risk of a rebound of the epidemic in some parts of the world, to fast-track and sustain the response, and eventually to end the AIDS epidemic by 2030.
