Abstract :
ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator: FLY is a short filmmaking workshop that aims to discover and nurture the young Asian film talents who will be the future of Asian cinema. Hosted by Busan Film Commission, FLY project is annually sponsored by Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ASEAN Secretariat. FLY2015 was successfully implemented in Johor Bahru, Malaysia in November 2015, co-organized by AFCNet, Busan Film Commission, and National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS). Twenty young aspiring film talents from the 10 ASEAN nations and Korea joined the program. The shining youth from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds gathered through filmmaking. This postcard book is a tribute to the vivid memory of those 14 days, which is an artistic film in itself.
