This book is the second part of a two-part project. The first part was a research effort to examine the Peace Talks of 1993-1996 between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF). The purpose of research was to extract useful insight from the Peace Talks and from the dynamics of the international and national environments in which they took place. This book is an organized presentation of the findings of that research effort.
