This Final Report on Enhancing ASEAN Connectivity Monitoring and Evaluation presents the status of Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) strategies and priority projects, progress to date on measures of ASEAN Connectivity, and observed and projected impacts of MPAC and improved connectivity measures on economic development and people-to-people connectivity. The report also presents progress to date on application and revision of the ASEAN Connectivity Implementation Matrix / Scorecard (ACIM), including recommendations for improvements to the Monitoring and Evaluation program.
