Subtitle : ASEAN Strategic Plan of Action the Environment

Abstract :
The ASEAN strategic Plan of Action on the Environment provides a firm base for regional and sub-regional cooperation in ASEAN, contains 10 strategic thrusts and 27 supporting actions to ensure success in the attainment of the stated objectives. To operationalize the Plan of Action, ASEAN will explore funding from sources within ASEAN such as the ASEAN fund and the ASEAN Sub-regional Environment Trust (ASSET) as well as from its Dialogue Partners, the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the ASIA Sustainable Development Fund.
